We source products from trusted global suppliers, which may result in slightly longer shipping times than typical domestic retailers. All orders include tracking and full support.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times below begin after the order has been processed.
- UK: 5–7 business days
- EU: 5–7 business days
- USA, Canada, Australia & Worldwide: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, location, carrier delays, or peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact us for assistance — we can provide a reshipment or full refund.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard tracked shipping on all orders worldwide.
- Express shipping (where available) is offered at checkout for an additional fee.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where possible, meaning duties and taxes are included. In countries where DDU applies, customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
- Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos for a free replacement or refund.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, we will reship or refund.
